Renting House in Algier?

Question

Looking for house (uses as an office) to start small IT business in Algiers, Algeria. Prefer 2 or 3 bed room with half/fully furnished. Does any body know of anyone who rents houses/offices and how much should I expect for the rental fee. Any help, advise and information greatly appreciated. Thank you.

all depends on what you want, the best districts to have a front office in Algiers it is Hydra or the Golf, embassies, foreings companies, all are there, for 3 furnished bed room, in general it is a level of villa ,it is necessary to count from 500,000.00 DZD = 7,083.62 USD per month, it is very excessive, especially when estate agencies notice that you're an investors ,without counting traffic and the lack of parking for your future customers, so i advice you other districts like Bouzreaha or draria, dely hybrahim also, therefore you'de better to settle there for three months in advance and look by yourself and visualize the best deal,

important you have to speak French for a better communication because you will not find any one speaking English out of the airport or the hotel contact me, for other information and good luck

Q: are you planning to use the live in it? What is your range? For example, if ur moving to LA, a 2-3 bedroom home in Beverly Hills costs a lot more than a 2-3 bedroom home in Van nuys. Even in those cities the price range can still vary immensely. Your best bet is to click on one of the links above and take a look for yourself before making a decision.
