People in Algeria have computers??

I have been in YA for 6 months and I haven't seen a question in this section. lol

Well, Algerians are here, but they do not ask questions about their own nation. I have seen Algerians answer other people's questions, though.



Also, Algerians speak French, so perhaps some are not comfortable on the English section, and they go to the French version of Yahoo!Answers instead.
